Warm yet firm, disciplined yet compassionate, she combines a sense of down-to-earth strength that inspires students and teachers alike.

Mrs. Krishnakumar holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics, a Bachelor's Degree in Education, and has served the school for over a decade. Beyond her academic qualifications and experience, it is Mrs. Krishnakumar's unwavering belief in children that defines her. An artist at heart and by passion, she is also a certified Bharatanatyam dancer. Her educational philosophy is profoundly human-driven by patience, diversity, and the unassuming belief that each child has the potential to be great in their unique way.

Her journey with Wisdom World School – Wakad, began in 2012 as a Std. 3 Math teacher, and since then she has grown with the school, helping shape its culture as much as it has shaped her. From coordinating departments to being Vice Principal, her gentle, detail-oriented leadership has been central to the creation of a supportive and high-performing school community. Her mentorship over the years by the Founder Principal, Ms. J. Simoes, has further enriched her insight into leading from head and heart.

Her innate drive to continually learn about diversity led her to train with the Anjali Morris Foundation and the Maharashtra Dyslexia Association, shaping her as a leader who ensures that no child is ever overlooked. To her students, she is not only the Principal - she is someone who remembers names, observes effort, and always finds time to hear them out. To her teachers, she is a constant presence, assembling teams with clarity and empathy. And to our community of parents, she is a reliable partner in their children's education.

Mrs. Dharani Krishnakumar does not lead from a podium, but from within the hallways, classrooms, and hushed conversations that bring a school to life.

Mrs. Shilpa Kirpekar

Vice Principal, Wisdom World School, Wakad

Mrs. Shilpa Kirpekar is a seasoned educator with a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) and a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed). With over 10 years of experience, she now serves as the Vice-Principal of Wisdom World School, Wakad.

In her earlier roles, Mrs. Kirpekar was the Coordinator of the Senior School and a Senior History Teacher, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal growth of her students.

A firm believer in the uniqueness of every individual, Mrs. Kirpekar is committed to nurturing students according to their distinct strengths and learning styles. She advocates for the importance of following one’s own path to success, emphasizing that meaningful achievement stems from making authentic, personally resonant choices.

Mrs. Meghna Ranade

Mrs. Meghna Ranade is a committed educator with an MBA in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s in Education (English and Geography), and a Bachelor’s in Psychology (Hons.). She currently serves as the Senior Section Coordinator for Grades IX and X at Wisdom World School, Wakad, where she has contributed meaningfully for over 9 years.

Previously the Primary Section Coordinator, Mrs. Ranade brings a wealth of experience to her leadership role. Her background includes 10 years in Human Resources and recruitment across India and the U.S., enriching her approach to team management and communication.

Known for her collaborative spirit and solution-oriented mindset, she leads with empathy and dedication. Mrs. Ranade believes that compassion and commitment are key to a meaningful life and strives to create a nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal growth.

Mrs. Hemali Amol Waikar

Middle School Coordinator, Wisdom World School, Wakad

Mrs. Hemali Amol Waikar is an accomplished educator with a Master’s in Applied Genetics from the Oxford College of Science, Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s in Education from St. Teresa’s Institute of Education, Mumbai. With 15 years of overall teaching experience, she has spent over 8 years at Wisdom World School, Wakad, where she currently serves as the Coordinator for Middle School and the Science Coordinator for classes 6 to 10 Biology.

Mrs. Waikar believes that kindness is the foundation of a fulfilling life. In her professional environment, she fosters a culture where individuals feel valued, respected, and supported. Her commitment to creating a nurturing atmosphere enhances the learning experience for both students and staff, encouraging collaboration and growth. Through her leadership, she inspires students to explore the wonders of science while developing essential life skills rooted in empathy and respect.

Mrs. Radhika Umarane

Primary Section Coordinator, Wisdom World School, Wakad

Mrs. Radhika Umarane is a passionate educator with over 16 years of teaching experience, including 9 impactful years at Wisdom World School. She holds a Master’s in English and a B.Ed., combining academic strength with a deep commitment to nurturing young learners.

She believes in a holistic approach to education—fostering intellectual, emotional, and physical development, while instilling discipline and core values from an early age. Her leadership is rooted in teamwork, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to student success.

A trained classical singer, Mrs. Umarane values creativity and encourages self-expression through the arts. Her balanced and compassionate guidance continues to inspire students to grow into confident, responsible individuals.

Mrs. Mona Das

Upper Primary Section Coordinator, Wisdom World School, Wakad

Mrs. Mona Das holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). With over 15 years of experience across various educational boards and 8 years at Wisdom World School, Wakad, she has developed a strong and versatile teaching practice. She is currently serving as the Section Coordinator for Classes 4, 5, and 6, and teaches Mathematics and Chemistry, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to the classroom.

A passionate educator, Mrs. Das is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment that nurtures curiosity and critical thinking. She believes in holistic education, ensuring that children grow not just academically but also with kindness, empathy, and emotional awareness. Mrs. Vishakha Pradhan

Mrs. Vishakha Pradhan is a dedicated educator with a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) and a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed). With 23 years of experience, she currently serves as the Pre-Primary Section Coordinator and a High School Teacher at Wisdom World School, Wakad.

Believing that the institution is greater than any one individual, Ms. Pradhan emphasizes the importance of teamwork in achieving educational goals. She places students at the centre of her work, prioritizing their all-round development as paramount. Ms. Pradhan is also committed to being a role model for her students, embodying the values and behaviors she hopes to instill in them. Mrs. Shilpa Kolte

Admin-Head, Wisdom World School, Wakad

Mrs. Shilpa Kolte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has prior experience in software development. In 2012, she joined Wisdom World School, Wakad, where she initially managed the school’s website and digital resources. Soon after, she transitioned into teaching and has consistently delivered excellent results in board examinations. She currently serves as the Admin Incharge, Tech Coordinator, and continues to teach with equal dedication.
